Discounts

We honor discounts from AAA, Good Sam, Coachman Club, FMCA, and V.A. Employees Association. These discounts are good all season long with a valid membership card. Discounts are not valid with other specials or coupons. Lodges, Cottages and Cabins are not eligible for the above discounts.

Reservations & Deposits

Reservations are recommended well in advance for our summer season. A minimum of one night's deposit is required at the time of making your reservation, and a minimum of three night's deposit is required for holiday weekends (3 night minimum stay on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends). No sites will be held unless deposit is received within 7 days of making your reservation.

2010 Rental Reservation Policy

Prior to April 1st, 2010, a minimum of 5 nights is required to reserve a rental unit between July 5 and August 27.

Please note, when a reservation for a rental unit was made prior to April 1st, 2010 that has an arrival between July 5th and August 27th , any changes made to reduce the number of nights of the reservation will be charged a $50.00 fee.

2011 Rental Reservation Policy

A minimum of 5 nights is required to reserve a rental unit between July 4 and August 26, 2011. A one night deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Reservations will only be accepted for a Sunday to Friday, a Sunday to Sunday or a Friday to Friday stay.

2010 Cancellation Policy for Campsites and All Rental Units

Holiday Reservations (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day)

If a Holiday reservation is cancelled you will receive a refund less $15.00 providing notice has been received a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival date. If a Holiday cancellation is 13 days or closer to the arrival date, credit, less $50.00, will be issued on our credit log for your use up to the closing date of the following camping year. Deposits are forfeited for all non-arrival and cancellations done on the scheduled arrival date.

All Other Reservations

A full refund less $15.00, will be given on cancelled reservations providing notice has been received a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is 13 days or closer to the arrival date, credit, less $15.00, will be issued on our credit log for your use up to the closing date of the following camping year. Deposits are forfeited for all non-arrival and cancellations done on the scheduled arrival date.

Although we do our best to guarantee your site request, we reserve the right to substitute sites if necessary.
